How to Order
All orders must be placed online through the website using the shopping basket facility
provided. Please do not e-mail your card details. No responsibility can be taken
for the security of your details if given this way.
All products on this website are priced in pounds sterling and include VAT at 20%
Method of Payment
Payment must be made by credit/debit cards through PayPal (cards accepted - VISA,
Master Card, Switch, Delta, Electron, AMEX, Maestro, Eurocard and Solo). We are
unable to accept cheques, cash, or postal orders through the website. Orders will
only be processed if you provide the cardholder's name as it is shown on the card
together with the address and postcode that appears on the card statement. No responsibility
can be taken by The Healthy Travel Shop for incorrect or incomplete details submitted

Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted.
Goods are delivered by first class Royal Mail, and are normally dispatched same
day on working days following receipt of your order. Most orders will be delivered
within 3 working days. Goods can also be sent by Citylink guaranteed next day delivery
for an additional cost.
Out of Stock
It is our aim to maintain stock of all items shown on the website. If any item you
have chosen is unavailable you will be contacted via e-mail or telephone and given the choice
to select an alternative product, or to wait until the items are available for dispatch.
Return of Goods Policy
Goods can be returned for a full refund (including delivery charge) within 7 days
after receiving the goods if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been dispatched.

Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging and must be accompanied
by the original delivery note. Refunds (including delivery charge) will be made
