Sterile Needle Module

Designed by the London Hospital for Tropical Diseases, The Global First Aid Kit provides a comprehensive set of items to cope with emergencies which may occur when travelling.

The Sterile Needle Module is designed for use by trained personnel when travelling in remote areas where medical care is unavailable, or in areas where HIV or Hepatitis are prevalent. The module includes needles, syringes, a suture and IV cannula.

The Sterile Needle Module is packed in a zippered compartment which can be clipped into the Global First Aid Kit Standard Module.

A proportion of the cost of this kit is donated to the London Hospital for Tropical Diseases to help fund research into tropical diseases.
