The blanket gives protection as a body blanket, is great as a groundsheet, and is strong enough to be used as a stretcher. The reinforced corner grommets enable it to be pegged down, or used to create a carrier for gear.

It is durable and water resistant, retaining 80% of reflected body heat, to make a safe and warm overgarment.
