We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 days of receiving your order. If you have not received your goods within 30 days please contact Customer Services through the website form. Applicable carriage charges are calculated at the checkout.

Orders are sent by first class Royal Mail, charged according to weight, subject to a minimum charge of £ 2.50. Orders with a total value of more than £75.00 are delivered via Royal Mail free of charge.

Orders with a total weight not exceeding 2kg may be sent either by International Signed For Airmail or TNT Global Express, orders over 2kg are sent by TNT Global Express. Charges are according to weight, subject to a minimum charge for Airmail of £6.00.
